Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. If an order is placed after business hours, it will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to ensure flexibility and convenience. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. FRESHZFRA is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please check with your local postal service or carrier first. If further assistance is needed, contact us, and we will do our best to help locate the package.
For damaged shipments, please take clear photos of the damaged items and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
8. Shipping Restrictions
